"I had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, even with the cheapest room option, which honestly surprised me in a good way. The reception service was fantastic — Jay at reception was incredibly helpful, joyful and welcoming, and really made my stay feel easy and stress-free. "Lovely hotel. We had a room for 3 of us and a dog and was really spacious. Breakfast selection was great and plenty of space in the bar restaurant each evening/morning. Walking distance to the town centre and the river. Our only complaint was how hot the room was even though none of the radiators were on. But we just left the window open all day and it was a much more comfortable temperature. "
