“Very convenient location for the Royal Bath & West Showground. Owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was a little small but contained everything we needed and was very comfortable. We ate here on both nights of our stay and the food was great. Breakfast was also lovely. The room would benefit from a few cosmetic improvements but we would certainly stay here again.”

The Hotel throughout was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the cost was very reasonable, there was always plenty of parking spaces in the car park, and we will definitely visits again, the Hotel exceeded our expectations.”

“At check-in I was asked to pay when I had already paid. I was told that I had to enter my car reg into a machine to get free parking. I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight. The room supplied tea and coffee but only one cup in a double room. No one onsite to get another. No glasses even for a glass of water. The description of the property stated that breakfast was available, but there was……
