“The property was extremely nice. Inside is very well decorated and the pictures represent the inside very well. The host were great. Communicated everything early and made check in very smooth. ”

“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. The rooms……

“Great stay with family for a family wedding. Plenty of room. The host helped us out tremendously by allowing us to check in 2 hours early to accommodate the earlier wedding time. ”
