“The property was clean and all amenities including laundry facilities were available. The check in and check out process was convenient.”

“Two friends of mine and I stayed in this nice place for 5 nights in the middle of March. Exactly as described in the Ad, the unit is new and cozy, and with everything we needed. Check-in process was very smooth. Host Ben Li is very responsive to our requests and helpful. The location is also fantastic. It's about a couple of minutes drive to the Banff National Park, 10 minutes to Banff Town and Canmore, where you can find plenty of restaurants and do your shopping. I will recommend this……

Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……

“The property was immaculate, it had everything we needed. Very welcoming and comfortable. The only negative is that when our car went into the underground parking we bottomed out. It may a very loud noise under the car. The way the driveway into the underground parking was built can possibly damage under your car. Please beware and go very slow.”

“We liked the location being just outside of downtown Banff. It's far enough away from downtown to avoid the crowds but close enough to get there in a few minutes. The have two hot tubs, an indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, onsite laundry facilities and hiking trails. The rooms are small but comfortable. The condo has an oven, microwave and full sized fridge. They have plenty of plates and utensils as well. Overall it was a great stay.”

“This property is located just off the TransCanada highway and was an excellent base ro spend time in Banff (5 mins by car) and Lake Louise (about 45 mins by car). The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We'd consider staying here again if we're in the area.”

“Mystic Springs was exactly what we needed for our time in Canmore/Banff. Check in and out were seamless. Franco was immediately responsive to my questions. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was a bonus. I have already recommended it to two other families I know are coming later this fall.”
