Great home on the Cape

This is our second time returning to this lovely home! We love the access to the bike path (just down the hill!) and access to local ponds for swimming and kayaking. House is beautifully decorated, clean, and kitchen so well equipped! Great home for families with young children. We would rent again in a heart beat!

Pleanty of room for 11 people.

We like to cook and there were pots, pans, utensils and everything else that we needed for every meal. Beach chairs and pails and umbrellas in the garage. Wonderful private back yard with a fire pit. Back trail to the CCRT country store Best House we’ve stayed at for a long time.

Amazing spot!

We absolutely love the house! Not only did it accommodate the couple of us actually staying there, we were able to have a family cookout in the spacious back yard! It made for the perfect holiday getaway vacation! We highly recommend the house, location, everything!

Wonderful house. Very spacious and private. Great yard.

Loved the house and the property. Wasn't a fan of NE vacation rentals terms. Felt like Saturday was waste as check in was at 3pm at a sight that was 10-15 min from property ... so by time you arrived at property it was almost 4. Lack of linens / charge if you wanted them was not great. Amount of cleaning expected from departing party also seemed excessive considering there was a cleaning service. Overall, loved the house but wasn't a fan of the rental policies.
