great spot for family

at end of dead end st., well provisioned, very smooth arrangements with vacasa. while we were just two, this would easily have accommodated 5 more people. great fenced back yard for our pup. outdoor grill and all season room were perfect. bathroom a little tight. suggest bringing portable suction hand grips for shower. porch tv a mystery to work. needs to have a check in and out manual of some sort.

Not Clean

The property was not clean on arrival and required a lot effort on my part to get it cleaned. It was also extraordinarily expensive for what it offers. The house has seen some wear and tear and needs to be fixed up before it should welcome guests or be priced lower. For example, a metal pipe should not be sticking out of the ground in the backyard when this home is accepting reservations.

Cute place

This was Perfect for 2 people and our dog. Bed was super comfortable! Wood panels was beautiful! BATHROOM is tiny. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, kitchen was well stocked. Listing said no washer and dryer but there is in a shed out back. We had to wash our wash cloths since there was not enough for 7 days. Our dog also found a liquid ant trap under the bed thank god she did not injest any.

Lovely home at end of dead-end street

My daughter and I stayed there with our dog. It was perfect. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard and outdoor shower.

Small house good for pet as backyard was fenced. end of dead end road meant no traffic. well stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I found the fees, however, to be onerous and a surprise. Why a service fee so large for Expedia, on top of pet fee, cleaning fee? Do not stay here for less than a week. The fees make it very expensive.

Cape cod getaway

Overall it was a very traditional place on the Cape which I liked. The location is very nice, close to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store. Be careful as not to lock yourself out via closing the sleeping porch door without checking the handle first. Overall I would book again.

Great place, great location

We stayed here for the long weekend. The place was perfect. Very comfortable with new/modern furniture, but still keeping the cape charm. The location is incredible, walking distance to beaches and on a very quiet street. Bikes, beach chairs, towels all at the house. Bonus, basketball hoop in the driveway, which our son loved. Loved the outdoor shower (and fantastic water pressure). Beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again.
