"We really enjoyed our time staying in this beautiful home. Monica communicated very well for all of our check in and out info and answered any questions we had very quickly. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture throughout the home were all very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. We enjoyed the location and it was easy to get to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petosky, Bellaire and Torch Lake. The small town of Elk Rapids had a lot of nice shops and the house itself was just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and the rocking chairs. I would stay here again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The correspondence with agency was a bit confusing. Had to request address & details regarding check-in. Cabin was rustic but had everything we needed. Reminded me of my grandparents place, growing up.Swimming was perfect for our grandson as it was a shallow, sandy & quiet lake. Wish we’d stayed longer. Close to Torch, Elk & other lakes too.Dock could use some work & wish there were fewer weeds & rocks near dock, so getting into water was easier for 70 year old grandparents, but we made it work. Overall, a nice family getaway."

"Fabulous location! One block from sandy beach and a block or two from downtown Elk Rapids. We were there Sat. 8/1 - Sat. 8/8. Harbor Days was a fun festival from 8/5 - 8/8. Live music, carnival rides, and an arts & crafts fair too!The house was comfortable. We appreciated the washer and dryer a LOT! Kitchen had most essentials (except scissors! lol). And when we encountered a problem, it was quickly solved by the owner, Tami, who is very friendly and helpful.Elk Rapids is a cute town, with a Charlevoix vibe. Loved all the cute shops.It was a good home base. We took day trips to Traverse City, Suttons Bay and Torch Lake.Would definitely stay here again."
