「Accountability is the name of the game here. When I arrived to the hotel, the road was blocked off by firefighters for maybe an hour. I was tired from a long drive, so it was not how I needed to start the check-in process. I ended up parking on the street and walking to the hotel. A small fire in the laundry room was the cause of it all. They had to shut down the elevators, so they were asking everyone to take the stairs.
