“This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG.”

“Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Nice, firm beds. Excellent communication with the property manager, and I appreciated they didn't have a list of tasks for us before checking out. The house is on a somewhat busy street, but it was not noisy inside the house--was easy to sleep, and we had no trouble pulling in and out of the driveway. There's a good AC unit downstairs and fans upstairs. That worried us, but we were very comfortable. We'd stay here again.”

“The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!”

“We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! “I had a very relaxing stay at Ruby's place. The house is well-equipped with amenities, very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. And Ruby is a very welcoming host, always prompt and courteous. Will definitely visit again.”

“Absolutely beautiful home in downtown perrysburg. The best equipped place i have rver stayed in plus the host made us breakfast and a desert and left it in the fridge for us! She had fresh fruit, croissants, bagels juice. It was truly amazing.”

“Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. Would not go back and would have gone to another property if one had been available. VRBO was difficult to get ahold……

“The property is a new listing on VRBO and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to many activities and restaurants. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. (I like a firm mattress) Cute decor. There were minimal supplies in the kitchen. There are no lamps in any of the bedrooms for nighttime reading. I also feel the floors could have been swept before we arrived. The reason I would not stay here again is the price. For one night, it was outrageous.”
