「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned.
The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean.
I would highly recommend staying there!」

「 I have a few comments regarding our stay. I wasn’t expecting a five star but in some ways a 3 star was a little overrated. We were greeted by the most loveliest helpful receptionist. He was 5*. It went downhill from there I’m afraid. The room was ‘ok’ but we got what we paid for. When returning from night out the night receptionist was 1* at best. He cod barely converse. 「Really nice settling, lovely country side. Hotel itself is desperately in need of a refurbishment. It was a nice hotel fairly clean great staff. Just very run down. I would stay again and definitely hasn’t put me off 」

「Everything was excellent. Staff who expertly served a table of 24, courteous, efficient, polite. Food was amazing. Room was outstanding. All staff were lovely, approachable and helpful. Added bonus was a welcome for breakfast and more delicious food. Absolutely stunning all round」
