“Great location”

“This was a very nice space for my 22 year daughter and I to get in some broadway shows! Separate rooms to sleep in with separate TVs, clean! Nice fridge and microwave for us too. Felt very safe and yet close to times square. I would only suggest to get heavier shower curtain or different shower nozzle as the curtain would blow right on you while you tried to soap up. Nearly impossible to shower without someone else holding the curtain away from the outside. Otherwise I highly recommend this……

“This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.”

“We all slept well but beds do make lots of noise moving around on them. Bathrooms are clean and very nice.”

The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! “We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating”

“The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.”

“Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“The location of this condo was perfect. Les’s than two blocks from Grand Central (we actually found an elevator on east 44th street that goes down to a location between LIRR and MetroNorth), two blocks from Times Square, four blocks from Rockefeller Center, and a short walk to Saint Patrick’s, Empire State Building, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. A nice healthy walk to Central Park and its infamous zoo and museums. Being so close to Grand Central lets you easily get to Battery Park and……

“This room provided basic essentials for my family to visit NYC. There is a small kitchenette with stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a few kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom, a kitchen table, one bed, and one pull-out futon. The side street location was quieter than the main streets located just a minute or two away. We sensed that the neighborhood was somewhat safe overall, though we remained vigilant. We loved the Exquisite Deli at the end of the street that had great……

“This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.”
