“Perfect location to stay while attending a famiy wedding. Plenty of room. Home was well stocked with towels, full array of kitchen supplies, games and a few books even. Kids were hoping for better boating/swimming weather but we tried the kayaks and enjoyed the local pickleball courts. John was clear and easy to work with.”

We thought that with the price point we’d be in a nicer area. Very industrial neighborhood surrounded by pawn shops and liquor stores. Felt safe enough, just not enjoyable walking. The backyard is open to a public walk/bike trail so the hot tub did not feel private! A small privacy wall would’ve been nice. That was very……

“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense.”

“The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor.”
