“This break was superb. We were additionally blessed with the best Autumn weather I can recall. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. A relaxed stay with ease of access to Hereford ,and we were spared any rains and fords.”

“If you are looking to book a short stay or even a few weeks at the Stables you will not be disappointed. From the moment we walked into the building it took our breath away. My advice, as you enter just breathe in. The smell of the place is outstanding. It is so clean you can smell the fresh wood. The interior is beautiful, the open plan is welcoming and Sue has thought about absolutely everything to ensure you have the perfect stay. You want a great night rest? The Beds are very comfortable……

“We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work……

“I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,……

The location is very peaceful. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. “We didn’t have hot water for our stay but the weather was nice all weekend so not too much of an issue. Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. Overall it was well priced and in a great location for easy access to Hereford whilst still being in the countryside. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbours. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in……
