「Nightmare Rental Experience in Marbella: Left Stranded with No Refund After months of planning my Marbella vacation, I arrived at what should have been a perfect beachside apartment only to find myself locked out with no way to enter. The owner was completely unreachable - all calls went to voicemail and messages through the booking platform, emails, and texts went unanswered. After waiting two hours in the scorching sun with my luggage, I was forced to book a last-minute hotel at premium rates....

「The address provided on this app was not accurate. I then contacted the property manager who gave me 2 other addresses that were not accurate either. The third one was close by so we had to look around to find the apartment. The whole ordeal took an extra 40 minutes from the original location. Also the room we stayed in to the right, the mattress was extremely hard. The apartment it’s self was very clean and the pool was nice. 」

「Yudelka was a wonderful host both before our trip and after arrival. She was so kind to us, there was an overbooking at her rental and graciously found another place in her rental property. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a great location is Juan Dolio. We encountered a small issue totally out of her control and it was addressed immediately and in a professional manner to be assured her guests were well taken care of.
