"Had a great stay overall—definitely a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The room was well-kept and fresh, no complaints at all, and the staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, making everything smooth and easy. Wi-Fi worked fine for what you need on vacation, but honestly the highlight was the entertainment team—they really made the trip. Big shoutout to Maria, Christian, Francis, Madeline, and “crazy legs” as I call him—they brought nonstop energy, kept the vibes high every day, and made sure there was always something going on. Whether it was activities, music, or just the atmosphere around the resort, they carried the experience. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, solid service, and a lively entertainment crew, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend—and I’d come back again."

"The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations."

"We really enjoyed our time here, the location was amazing and everyone was friendly. We had no issues with the wifi, the food was decent with good variety Some things that would have made our vacation better was; more staff that speak English; our experience was the head dining room staff and the concierge staff spoke English but everyone else was hard to speak to/ask questions of (I speak very minimal Spaish, but recognize that a larger Spanish vocabulary would have helped as well). Nicer pillows would have been very nice(ours were very lumpy). Working hot tub would have been nice."

"This resort looks beautiful and feels like a brand‑new property, but unfortunately the plumbing issues really affected our stay. We had a gorgeous oceanfront room, but the toilet in the room above us leaked and left our bathroom and living room in terrible condition. We weren’t moved to another room until around 10 PM. The second room also had water dripping from the ceiling directly above the toilet. At that point, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing everything up again late at night, so we just put a towel over our heads whenever we needed to use the bathroom for the rest of the trip. The food was another disappointment. It was the same items every day, and the quality wasn’t great. Even the public restroom on the ground floor had a leaking ceiling — the ceiling actually collapsed on the second day and stayed that way for the rest of our stay. On the positive side, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and kind. There’s a lot of potential here, and I can see this becoming an amazing resort once they fix the major maintenance issues. Unfortunately, we just had an unlucky experience this time. "
