The living area connects to a terrace. There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor, you'll find a bedroom with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, featuring a French bed (160 cm). Another bedroom on this level, also with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, offers two beds measuring 120 cm. There is a bathroom with a toilet on this floor as well. The property is equipped with electric heating.
