Perfect family holiday location

Large apartment in charming old villa. Plenty of communal space with conservatory overlooking the bay. Kitchen was small but very well equipped. Large garden which was enclosed and great for the kids. Walking distance to the village which has an excellent boulangerie and is close to the beach. Lively beach bar too. All ages enjoyed it.

Lovely holiday home

Super villa

The booking process and the communication with the property owner was excellent from start to finish. The property itself was superb, with ample space for all the family, consisting of 6 adults and 3 children. The grounds allowed our grandchildren to play in a very safe environment and there was lots for them to do and play with. The close proximity to the pebbled beach meant we could walk down in 5 minutes. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

Fine at Fenwick

We all thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful property with its outstanding views. Perfect for our family of grandparents, and 2 families with 2 young children each - the layout of the apartment worked very well with each family having their own space. Very light and airy rooms - we loved sitting on the balcony or in the conservatory in the evening watching the sun go down. Only one minor thing - the tray in the oven hadn't been cleaned from previous occupiers. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Magic!

When we booked the apartment we couldn't quite believe that it would really be like in the photos - but it was! :-) We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay in this spacious and yet cozy apartment with the stunning views from each window (and especially from the conservatory) and the marvellous garden which provided for everything one could possibly wish for. The apartment was excellently well-equipped and we lacked nothing. We loved the little village of Pourville and the surrounding areas and enjoyed the food and drinks of Normandy. Merci beaucoup pour les meilleures vacances!!!

A perfect spot for family vacation

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The pictures cannot convey the stunning views of the sea and the countryside. The furnishings are simple and family-friendly. There's plenty of room for all. Although the kitchen is on the small side, it's well equipped. I have never been in a rental that was as well supplied with cutlery and dishes. Outside, there are seemingly endless green lawns, huge trees, a swing set, and a hammock. Our wee ones had a blast flying kites on the hillside. Inside the greenhouse there's a table tennis table and other games. Getting to the beach is easy and safe. There's a secluded, shady path that leads to the town and the shore. The beach is rocky until low tide, when you can walk in the sand and explore the tidal pools. Magical. We loved Pourville and especially Luc's lovely property. We dream of coming back!

Die Lage und Grüße des Hauses sind einzigartig. Ein Ort der Erholung und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Besonders viel Platz im Wintergarten, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Zwei der drei Bäder sind recht eng und klein. Toll, dass zwei Kühlschränke vorhanden sind. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.

Wor hatten eine gute woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung, die wohnung und auch der garten waren perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super nette und gut organisierte Kommunikation im vorfeld und auch vor ort. Das Dorf selbst ist klein, aber ganz hübsch. Tolle Unterkunft - wirklich empfehlenswert

Das Haus, das Grundstück inkl. des fantastischen Ausblicks vermitteln sofort ein Urlaubsgefühl. Die Ausstattung im Haus und auch im Garten war sehr passend und kindgerecht. Die Verwalterin, Sylvie war freundlich und sprach gutes Englisch (wir können leider kein Französisch). Wir denken über eine Wiederholung nach.

Wij komen terug!

De hele familie heeft genoten van de zee vlakbij. Het grote verschil tussen eb en vloed zorgt voor een steeds wisselend beeld. De zonsondergang bekijk je vanuit fijne serre of je loopt even naar de gezellige promenade. Een heerlijk weekje in een mooi huis.
