This home is a duplex - the main home is the one they are renting. There is a small 2 bedroom apartment on the left side that may be occupied as well. Please give occupants of that unit their privacy.
Guests have access to main home, driveway, back patio. You do not have access to the small apartment on the side of the house nor to the garage in the back.
