Rogeston House boasts spacious interiors, starting with a welcoming dining room featuring an impressive inglenook fireplace—the heart of the home. Adjacent to this room, a fully-equipped galley kitchen offers a range cooker and patio doors leading outdoors. Practical amenities include a utility room, boot room, and downstairs WC, all easily accessed from the dining area. Two separate staircases enhance the home's traditional charm and accessibility, with one staircase featuring an interconnecting door halfway up, seamlessly linking the main house to the annex, making this an ideal five-bedroom property for larger groups.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy the dedicated billiard room, connected to the dining room and leading to a cosy living room complete with a log burner and library—ideal for relaxed evenings.
Upstairs in the main house, accessible via two staircases, are four inviting bedrooms. From the living room/billiard room staircase, you'll find Bedrooms 1 and 2 alongside the main bathroom. Passing through Bedroom 3 leads onto the main landing, which includes a desk area, access to Bedroom 4, and an additional shower room. A secondary staircase from this landing loops back down to the dining area, creating a charming, circular flow.
Outside, guests can gather in the gravel-enclosed dining space near the front entrance, thoughtfully furnished with a table and chairs, hammock, outdoor sofa, fire pit, and BBQ for memorable outdoor relaxation and gatherings.
The Annex – Rogeston Loft:
Rogeston Loft is a beautifully converted hayloft offering a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It features its own private entrance via the balcony, leading directly into the stylish open-plan living space. This area includes a well-equipped kitchen, cosy dining area, and lounge with a comfortable sofa bed and TV. The spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed (convertible to twin beds upon request), skylights, and blackout blinds for restful nights. A sleek shower room completes this inviting space.
The balcony, enclosed by a glass balustrade, offers scenic garden views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Descending the stone steps leads to the main parking area and beyond, stunning wild gardens and a large well-kept lawn area.
Additionally, as previousuly mentioned an internal door connects the annex directly to the main house for convenient access.

Access to the property is via a well-maintained driveway, shared with neighbours, leading to a gated parking area exclusively for the house. There is also a separate, gated rear entrance if needed. Guests will have full access to the main house and the surrounding grounds, which are rustic and wild in nature. While there is a lawn area and woodland to explore, the grounds are not fully livestock-secure but are suitable for well-behaved dogs and are gated to the road for added safety.
