「I wish I’d just paid more to go to a chain hotel. This was terrible, the shower took 10 minutes to warm up by this point the bathroom was already flooded and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. One of the great benefits was ‘FREE PARKING’ listed on their advert but I was in fact charged for parking for the few hours I was there overnight!!! Conveniently close to the airport but that’s about all that was good about this place.」

「We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot...

「The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience . 」
