“My partner and I could not recommend this place more! It is secluded, yet a comfortable walk into town. The surrounding bushland and river make for such a beautiful location. The hosts couldn’t have been more wonderful and accommodating, we didn’t arrive until later in the evening and they had set the fire up for us, making the cottage warm, cosy and so inviting from the get-go. The cottage was well stocked with seasonings, tea, coffee and cooking essentials - making home cooking easy and……

“Not only was this cottage super cozy and warm, not to mention exceedingly clean... this has to be the very best equipped short term rental I've ever stayed in! It had amazing quality fixtures and fittings, pots and pans, even the knives were Japanese and sharp. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“Melanie's Berambing Cottage is cosy and welcoming well stocked with cutlery and essentials.Against the lovely backdrop of a night sky filled with stars, you can have great conversations around a well placed firepit.Come morning you are greeted with a great view of rolling hills and horses grazing close by as you admire the distant horizon.All in all it was a great stay with wonderful memories even though it was just for a night.”

“Good communication. Easy check in. House was clean and cozy with a great yard. Kids room with bunks was well set up. ”

“Charming cottage was the perfect mountain escape for our family and furbaby. The cottage was beautiful, and warm. It was all fenced off and we had our own little secret garden. Govett's leap was just down the road. The village centre was also nearby which had a bakery, book store, antique stores, grocery outlets and a few cafes and restaurants. Our toddler loved the massive rocket park (also nearby). Overall, a great family stay.”

“We stayed there for almost 3 weeks and loved it. Everything clean, comfortable and spacious. The nearby highway and railway tracks are noticed very few times a day, if at all, and are more than compensated for by the great and quiet view over the park the home is facing. Very central location when visiting the Blue Mountains. ”

“Bright, airy and great decor, everything provided. Although the weather was very windy the beautiful fireplace kept us warm and cosy, also heating warmed the whole house. We had taken our 2 bulldogs and they loved the great big garden which was protected by the wind. 5mins drive to village centre where a good selection of cafes and eateries. This place is a definite must, thanks to our hosts. ”
