“Great place to stay beds comfy very clean”

“Clean room, beautiful room. Large space. Good value for your money! Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Bar is nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was quite large and also had a large bathroom. Everything worked as expected. One thing that was weird to me, was that the rooms dont come with a coffee pot. You have to ask for one. But that doesn't bother me, I rarely drink it anyways. The only thing I didnt like, was how rough the bath towels are. They are seriously some of the roughest and most uncomfortable towels I've ever used. I did not partake on the……

“First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. Base of bed has stained fluids all over it. One picture frame was literally screwed from the outside front of the frame into the……

“I don’t even know what to say about this hotel. I guess when I reserved a room for $59 in Tyler, Texas I should have known what to expect. The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in. The door does not have the extra top lock latch. The room was not fully supplied with towels. There were spiderwebs everywhere, stains……

“Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt……

“The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place.”
