“The two bedroom apartment was amazing, larger that my actual house. The price was very affordable. The amenities were everything you could possibly need”

“This place has a pretty view if your room is on the front side. There is no air in this facility which was not stated up front. It wasn't that hot when we were there so it was fine. There are fans in the closet. Beds weren't that comfortable and there was no coffee on Sunday. Overall our stay was good but this facility could certainly use some updating.”

“AC units are quite loud if you want to sleep, if that bothers you.”

“Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. Leaves and sticks from the winter had not been picked up. Gazebo with a fireplace is a nice place to hangout. Our fifth visit here and a couple of……

“This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.”

“Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Good parking. Great shower but slow to get hot water. Check in not good. Couldn’t get into room for 45’ because codes would not unlock the door to the room. Finally staff member appeared and gave us a master key. TV wouldn’t work. Poor WiFi. Maid halfway made up bed and emptied waste cans but did not replace used coffee cups, Keurig cups, or water cups. Have to walk to the adjacent motel for morning coffee.”

“This was the perfect location! It is within walking distance of a quaint shopping/ restaurant area. The hotel was beautifully designed and the staff very helpful. We were able to hike Grandfather Mountain and other wonderful spots”

“Everything was going great until we left to enjoy the area for a couple hours. Cleaning staff, kids yelling and a bunch of clanking going on apparently was stressing my shih-tzus. They did start barking. I was called and told there had been multiple complaints about their barking. This is a pet friendly hotel, and others dogs were barking during our stay. I do believe one guest probably complained a couple times, enough to take your fifth star away. My fun was cut short, and I ended up staying……

Gas fireplace with flame so low you could barely see it and should never be called a fireplace room. And deluxe king? Please. The property is full of weeds and unmowed. There are so many pretty places to stay all right there, getting this place was a complete mistake. It is old and stucco falling off the back of the building. Owner obviously doesn't care if anyone comes back. Dumpy in……
