Tree Top Chalet | Pocono Mountains | Ski Big Bear

Tree Top Chalet is a beautiful home in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Set in a peaceful spot at the top of a hill, surrounded by nature, this airy getaway feels like a modern tree house. A large wrap-around deck opens to the woods, offering quiet and privacy.

The house is a 5min drive from the community pools and ski slopes.

This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. Small dogs are allowed upon approval. There is no smoking in the house or the premises.

Around 2 hours from NYC, our cozy chalet in the quiet Masthope Mountain Community is the perfect retreat no matter what time of year. The house has open concept living with a fireplace, modern kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, loft reading area, balcony off the master, outdoor dining on large porch, gas grill, fire-pit, smart tv, high-speed internet & WiFi throughout the house, hardwood floors and clean modern design.

There is no shortage of activities in the area (all within a 20 to 50min drive):

• Fantastic hiking trails (i.E.Tusten Mountain Trail), many with beautiful waterfall views
(Shohola, Hackers, Dingmans and Raymondskill Falls)
• Bushkill Falls with treetop adventures and horseback riding near by
• Horseback riding at Vanderbeek Farm & Equestrian Centre (great for scheduling private lessons - 14 min drive from the Chalet)
• Kayaking, Canoeing, and Rafting & Tubing on the Delaware River through Kittatinny. Kittatinny also has a great zip-line and paintball
• Boating on Lake Wallenpaupack (Boat Rentals & Tours)

•The Grille Room at Woodloch Springs Country Club (15 min drive)
•The Carriage House restaurant in Barryville (20 min drive) - built in the early 1900's and recognized as a designated landmark
•Settlers Inn in Hawley PA (25 min drive) – warm and cozy restaurant with delicious food
•Glass at Ledges Hotel in Hawley, PA (25 min drive) – amazing restaurant with a view of the Paupack High Falls
•The Laundrette in Narrowsburg NY (30 min drive) – hip place with gorgeous river view, amazing pizza and drinks
•The Heron in Narrowsburg NY (30 min drive) – cute farm to table restaurant, also serving brunch & cocktails
•The Tusten Cup in Narrowsburg NY (30 min drive) – good place for a quick bite, coffee & sweet treats
•The Alpine Wurst & Meat House in Honesdale PA (30 min drive) – authentic German restaurant. Also has a grocery section with imported selection of European meats, beer and grocery
