“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Squantz Cottage. Property was well maintained, clean, and convenient. Parking at the cottage can be a little tricky backing out and getting on to the road. An option to park at the main house could be helpful. I would definitely rent again!”

“John was a fantastic host - his home was the perfect solution for us for a few days while we were in the process of moving to the area and our home wasn't ready yet. Great communication with us prior to check-in, very responsive to our questions and needs at the beginning and throughout our stay. Home is as pictured in the photos with very nice touches throughout. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in great working condition. Location super close to Scotts Corners where there are nice local……

“We really loved all the attention to detail that they put into this property. From the magnolia/pine topiaries outside, to the smores kit and the high end shampoos and body washes, we couldn't have felt more pampered and cared for. Fantastic communication and no issues whatsoever during our stay. I highly recommend this property as they really did think of everything. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“Everything was easy and fine at the space. I had to stay for family reasons - so "location" was the most important factor to me. The worst thing in the unit is that the spiral stair is narrow - and a fat person or person with bad knees is NOT going to be using that stairwell easily. Otherwise, the unit had everything I needed and was perfectly appointed for an easy weekend stay. Enjoy!”

She was also extremely responsive and kind. It was moms first time at a vbro and so safety was key- this fit the bill. The beds were very comfy. Absoutely perfect stay , i would go back again!”

“Property manager was very kind and responsive. Greatly enjoyed the views of the pond and the basement pool and ping pong tables. Great time playing these games with mybson as the weather wasn't conducive for water activities.”

“Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors.”
