“Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! ”

“This is the perfect home away from home. The location is walking distance to everything. The host communication is amazing and outlining what to do in CDA and instructions for stay. She went above and beyond! Will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit CDA. WE LOVED EVERYTHING!”

The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious yet cozy with a very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. Quiet neighborhood, close to Riverstone restaurants and shops. Too bad it snowed most of our stay so we didn't get to take advantage of the patio and big backyard but we certainly did enjoy the fireplace! Highly recommend.”

The house was very clean and we could tell that the owner/manager of the property put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable for his guests. “This property is wonderful for families. The giant back yard has a Play house, play structure, fire pit, and a great out door gathering place for family time. The game room itself was outstanding for my 4 sons. Air hockey, ping pong, skeet ball, and pole were all part of the entertainment that was provided. My children’s and well as my dogs were very happy with the place. It was a blessing that we found this beautiful home. Thank you for opening your home up to us! God bless”

“Everything was wonderful in this cute cottage. Clean, full amenities, view of the lake and the owner has the place stocked with everything you need! Even bikes and kayaks available in the garage! Very nice owner who communicated immediately! Fantastic neighborhood too across from the lake and we enjoyed a few hikes on Tubb's Hill! Owner gave us some great restaurant recommendations too! “Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++”

“Perfect location for the Ironman event. The home is old and had a couple of issues (upstairs shower did not drain adequately which was the largest issue) but it did not create any major problems. We enjoyed our trip and the use of the home.”
