「The hotel was very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Good location for Beale Street. Breakfast is good and there's ample space to sit down and enjoy it. Cost for garage parking is very reasonable.」

「The room and halls are clean and quiet. For some reason they gave us an accessible (handicapped) room which we didn't reserve. The pool was nice and clean. We used the gym every day and it was also nice. The restaurant/ bar is great too. Shout out to the polite bartender. The staff is polite but won't go the extra mile. Housekeeping is every other day. It was a great 3 days but we will definitely book something else next time we are in Memphis.」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」

「This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings. Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment. On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk...
