Tv was ripped off the wall and every room they moved me to was worse off. Don't stay here unless you're in a bad pinch, for tourists try to stay in Germantown or Cordova and make the drive into downtown

This place should be condemned, dirty rooms, sketchy area which is why the whole place is fenced in.. even the front desk is locked and you have to check in through a window.. stay somewhere else, it’s not even worth staying one night like we did. At 1AM Memphis police were pounding on the door next to us supposedly doing a “welfare check” on whoever was supposedly in there

Place was like a prison. High metal fencing surrounded the property. Gated entry and exit. Bad neighborhood I suppose. Room was a joke. Bed was old and hard as a rock. Dirt in the floor. Tv was messed up. Faucet fixture was loose. Crap and boogers smeared on the bathroom wall. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Mitarbeiter hinter schusssicherem Glas. Nur kein Kontakt mit den Gästen. Nicht buchen!!!

I wish I could give this hotel a zero-star rating, but unfortunately, that isn’t an option. My stay was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there were bullet holes on the window. The shower and its fixtures were in terrible condition. The sheets and pillowcases were not clean, and there were holes and other issues with the bedding and linens. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the walls inside the room were disgusting. You can see the dirt. The bed was also broken and made loud noises whenever I moved or got on it. Overall, the room was in very poor condition and did not feel clean, comfortable, or safe. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would also never stay here again.
