The open plan living kitchen diner area is stunning and the room opens via bifold doors onto a full-length terrace overlooking the glorious ever-changing views across the Estuary and beyond. There is a Smart TV, Sonos speaker, cosy sofa and coastal photography prints and soft furnishings.

The terrace provides a generous space for relaxation, featuring luxurious seating that invites guests to lounge or dine whilst being witness to the extraordinary landscape. The serene setting enables guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural surroundings while savouring a glass of wine.

Modernistic in its design, the duck egg blue and white open plan kitchen has all the essential appliances built in including an oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Featuring a small breakfast bar island this kitchen offers the perfect opportunity for the lazy mornings and slow coffee before heading out for the day.

The beautifully crafted oak dining table comfortably seats up to four guests, presenting the natural surroundings through the bi-fold doors, this spot is a perfect location within the property to gather everyone to share a meal created from fine local ingredients.

The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed and ample storage for guest use including a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside tables. The master en-suite invites you through to the stylish walk-in rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom offers flexibility between twin beds, linked to form a super king-size bed upon request. Elegantly selected built-in storage and two bedside tables creates the perfect living and unwinding space. This room also features the ability to step out onto the sun terrace with views of the surrounding Estuary.
