「Julie has a fabulous property, is is spotless both inside and outside, it is very well equipped and she has thought of everything you need for a great stay- would definitely recommend to family/friend and anyone else
The only let down was 'TheIslandholidayCompany' description on the boarding pass they send, its not the right property. For example talks about 3 floors (its a bungalow!!) also the distances to pubs are incorrect again as wrong property description plus many other statements, I...

The dining room view was very beautiful.
The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house.

「Lovely big house with nice garden. We have had hot weather so the bifold doors were great to have open and often got a good breeze through the open plan area. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice. Very well equipped - ice cube maker was fabulous this week! Really nice big dining table to all eat round together. We’ve made great memories together on the island enjoying beaches and garlic farm etc. thanks!
There were quite a lot of pet hairs (we don’t have any pets) and cobwebs. Fridge...

「The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out.
The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So...

「We had a fantastic stay at Jolly’s Holiday Home. The location is amazing—just a very short walk to the beach with beautiful views, and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The house was spotlessly clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a lovely holiday home in a perfect setting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the area. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!」

「The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development .
The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea .
Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing .
Some feed back about the town house complained...

「The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town. However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2...
