「We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. 」

「Room was exceptional y clean.
Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days)
Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches
We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments"

「Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!」

「We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment.
They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise.
The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away.
It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet.
The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk.
I would highly recommend this place.」

「We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties.
All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village.」

「The property is exactly as described.
Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location.
It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay.
We would certainly return again.」
