"We chose a beach front room, parking was not free but booked knowing space was limited. The room (218) was stunning, beautifully appointed, clean roomy, nicely decorated with access to a lovely balcony. The staff were all great, very accommodating and we felt looked after incredibly well this was our second stay at this hotel, the previous time 11 years ago when we got engaged. The hotel isn't cheap so there were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast is good overall however, the coffee is bland as is the orange juice. It really should be better. The room cleaning was not up to scratch. The staff didn't clean cups that had been used, they didn't restock the water and milk either. The Cyan restaurant was good, the staff excellent however, the food is basic and not in keeping with the image the hotel portrays and in all honesty for the basic food on offer, it is over priced. These three things did not stop us enjoying our weekend."

"Great comfortable stay. We chose this hotel for the good reviews from previous visitors and its proximity to London Gatwick Hotel. Warm welcome, straight forward check in and a nice quiet night. Rooms are spacious with all amenities you would expect. Parking available on sote for £10. We had an early flight, so left before breakfast. Happy all round and a great way to break up the journey, avoid a long early drive if you have an early flight with kids. "

"Well located obviously for the airport, friendly reception staff, nice rooms (very squeaky floors on the 5th floor though). The "complimentary" breakfast at 4:00am was very disappointing, they had run out of croissants and muffins and only replenished them when I complained at reception, no hot food (6am apparently) so the choice was toast or cereals. :("

"A lovely experience all round. Great room, lovely views. Only had top body massage but very good. Relaxing in and around the pool, nice chilled atmosphere. 99%. Of the staff were nice and friendly. One young dark skinned chap was notably miserable looking, noticed by more than just myself ( in the spa area) Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Only downside was the toast did not come out with the cooked breakfast, had to remind them as did other tables. Waiter was very sociable and pleasant. Thoroughly recommend a visit/stay here. "
