「The front door was locked and you needed a room key to get in, which I obviously didn’t have since I was trying to check in. There was a doorbell and staff finally let me in, but it was bothersome. Ran out of everything on the breakfast buffet, even coffee. 」

「This place was great. What actually made it great was the welcome we got on arrival. The person at the front desk asked what floor we preferred and then went on to ask if we would rather a shower with a tub vs a stand up shower. We had a baby with us so that was so helpful to have a tub. The breakfast area was so clean and there was a good selection. Also, the pool - I’m picky and hate cold pools but I was able to just jump in and enjoy without getting cold. It was so nice! I felt like we were...
