「The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met a number of kind folks in the lobby at breakfast too, which made our stay lovely. The floors in our room were very dirty, but that is all that I would have changed. 」

「When checking in, night staff (woman) was super friendly and quick! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and morning staff (older ethnic man) wasn’t very friendly at all. The room was NOT thoroughly cleaned AT ALL!! towels looked dirty and werent properly stocked. Used dirty socks from a perilous stay were found in the room. Shower was great and the hotel is good for a quick unexpected overnight stay. 」

「This was a last minute booking. Dumas Inn is a quaint establishment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. I would stay here again and plan to if needed on our way back home. 」

「Overall my stay wasn’t the worst thing ever better I do have a couple of things to say. One: The stairs leading to the second floor are WAY too steep and that is already dangerous especially for kids and also somebody painted over the stairs also so if they get rained on you are bound to slip and fall. Two: The walls are so thing that you can hear anybody and everybody’s conversations that they are having in their rooms. It’s quite annoying. Three: The cleanliness of the rooms was decent in...

「Good motel, inexpensive and nice」

「Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer! This place is wonderful. (The king size bed is extremely comfortable!) The animals are indeed all so friendly. Great place for a family to enjoy. It was raining during our stay and just sitting on the front porch listening to the rain was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. If we ever travel this direction again, I would stay here one more time. :)」

「Great spot to watch the eclipse」

「This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....
