THE GUEST HOUSE HAS TWO FULL BATHROOMS, ONE OF WHICH OPENS TO THE BACKYARD TO BE USED AS A POOL BATH WHICH CONNECTS TO A CHANGING AREA.

    ALL BEDS HAVE TOP OF THE LINE LUXURY MATTRESSES AND SHEETS.

    THE MAIN HOUSE HAS A GREAT LAYOUT WITH A LARGE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, DEN WITH SAMSUNG CURVED 50" T.V. , KITCHEN WITH DINETTE AND A HALF BATH. THE HOUSE HAS ALL NEW FURNISHINGS.

Our family returned for a second absolutely wonderful stay! The property is beautifully furnished inside and out! The amenities are exceptional, making our stay very relaxing, fun, and very special!! Everyone loved the pool and spa as well as all of the other outdoor games and areas. This year we turned on the outdoor lights after dinner and enjoyed evening activities....making the days packed full of family fun! We also had a fun afternoon at a nearby spot on the Russian River. It's just a short drive to town (Healdsburg). We definitely hope to return to this amazing place!!

Our four-day visit on the property was beyond expectations. We wished we could have stayed longer. The only frustration was our challenge with the televisions working based upon the instructions provided. With the assistance of the owner, Don, we were able to get the main one operating, and we were able to enjoy the soccer games. Thanks Don!

House was spacious and most organized and stocked kitchen of any rental home I've stayed in, which was great for making Thanksgiving dinner! Location is super cool. Property manager and owner responsive to our questions. Loved the hot tub and sauna... only wish we were there in the warmer months to get full use of all the backyard had to offer!

Amazing house in wine country

This place was awesome, plenty of space for 5 couples. Property is beautiful, lots to do. And it’s so close to town but such a quiet property—the best of both worlds!

We had an absolute blast staying here with our friends! The property and grounds had everything - generous-sized pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, bocce ball court, cornhole, sauna, tree house. We didn't even get a chance to use all the facilities. The house itself was generously appointed, spotless, modern but very cozy. Linens were soft and clean, A/C blew cold despite the 95 degree days. We lazed away the summer days by the pool, and continued the fun by playing cards and and board games indoors in the evenings. Though there were three separate families spending the weekend together, the house was large enough that we never felt crowded at any point. The two highlights for me: (a) every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and (b) the modern kitchen. Though we had agreed to dine out for most of our stay, breakfasts were a joy to prepare in the well-stocked kitchen. Christine, the host/owner, was super communicative and pleasant. Check-in and check-out instructions were detailed, and we didn't need to have much back-and-forth (though I'm sure she would have been responsive if anything came up). Thank you for the wonderful stay. We hope to come up again soon!

Three generations of our family (6 adults & 4 children) had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this property exceeded my expectations (and they were high)! Beautifully furnished throughout, as described, with all of the comforts and exceptional amenities, making our stay so relaxing, fun, and special. Outdoor area is fabulous--so much to do!! Unbeatable Location

This is an amazing house with great hosts. The amenities were plentiful, high quality, and in good working order. The location is a beautiful hillside haven amongst the trees. We stayed with a group of friends and had a blast in the pool, on the several terraces, and also visiting downtown Healdsburg. I highly recommend this place!
