「Casa Duro was a fabulous boutique hotel that felt more had the intimate feel of a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the “Marcia” which was perfect for my husband and me and our adult son. We had 2 full bathrooms which was so nice as well a large dining room table where we played dominoes, Scrabble and Uno on a rainy day. The area surrounding had fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed walking around the lake and The Arboretum and Greenville. The best was Sisters restaurant just below our room....

「The house was more than we expected. There were 14 of us, and we all had comfortable places to sleep. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but it wasn't terrible, certainly nothing we couldn't deal with easily. (Coffee maker was filled with coffee, dirty towels in the washing machine... stuff like that.) Overall, I'd recommend it.」

「This was a great place for our family get-together for the eclipse viewing. Loved the private yard and patio where we spent a lot of time. Lots of comfortable room indoors to hang out and watch tv. Highly recommend this home! Very responsive when we had a question.」

「My family enjoyed our stay here in April. The kids loved the pool and spa. The host was very responsive to text messages. She was so thoughtful and provided extra towels and even solar glasses for us to use to see the eclipse! The bathrooms were a bit dated but there was always plenty of hot water. I wish there was more silverware too. We had a lot of people so we had to run the dishwasher a lot. Overall this is a great home to stay at with a large group. It is also close to many restaurants...

「There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.」
