"New hotel with an excellent location near to shopping and dining. Staff were great. Will deifnitely book again when my family and I visit NYC."

"Poor shuttle service"

"This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The location was great. We opted for a full pod and it was aged. The worse was the toilet, there was zero room for your feet in front of you to sit. You had to sit like riding a horse. The metal sink was terrible. Small and almost useable, water splashed everywhere. Could not properly put your head in the sink with the spout in the way. There were no wash clothes provided. At least the room was clean except the floor. White socks turned black just with taking off shoe and walking one step literally. "

"Overall, had a good time and good price. My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct. "

"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"
