"Peaceful beach front unit! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights in Kailua at this beautiful little studio. It was private and very quiet. The unit is perfect for two people. There’s a cute little dining table in the bedroom/living room where you can sit and look out the window and see the ocean. The “kitchen “ is connected to the powder room , but the way it’s arranged it seems like a totally separate space. There’s a refrigerator, microwave, keurig one cup coffee maker, and even a toaster. Parking was never a problem. Shari is wonderful! We arrived a bit early, but was she was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room even though it wasn’t fully prepared. We were welcomed with a gift of cookies upon our check in. Sheri texted us once to make sure that everything was okay. Although she is present on the property, we never saw her until our last evening while we were sitting outside enjoying the view. We’ve stayed at other rentals in Kailua and Kaneohe over the past 20 years and definitely will be returning back. I give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, peaceful, safe, view, hospitality, and aloha! It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what you would expect from being just steps away from the beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us, Shari! We visit every year and look forward to many more beautiful Kailua sunrises & sunsets! Jessica & Frank"

"I rented this property for a big family group vacation and there were many things to love and a few to improve. We absolutely loved the property layout with the number of bedrooms, the separate primary bedroom suite, pool, hot tub, plumeria trees and quiet neighborhood. The property was obviously a former converted family home and it felt updated but still retro in a charming way. It’s a beautiful place with lots of room to hang out communally and relax. What needs improvement are the amenities and some details that should be addressed considering the cost of the place. Note that some of these things were eventually resolved after communication with the host and that was appreciated. However, other things are just fundamental features that I recommend the host invests in for future groups. The resolved items were a lack of sufficient toilet paper, paper towels & laundry pods for the week long stay. The unresolved items were the over flowing trash that wasn’t picked up as scheduled, old stained pillows (inside the covers) & old stained carpet in the living room, as well as a missing toilet paper dispenser in one bathroom. There also wasn’t a coffee grinder or many functional kitchen tools like a full set of measuring spoons, a working ice dispenser & decent chopping knives. One exterior kitchen door also doesn’t lock. I think the host could fix all these things with a minimal investment and for the price they owe it to renters."
