「This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are pristine with comfortable beds. Love the breakfast burritos and bistro burgers. I have stayed at the Courtyard Carrollton several times and it is a reflection of how great Carrollton is as a city. 」

「I had to change my room due to no electric, which was very inconvenience and then the ice machine was not working on any of the floors due to no electric. My room was terribly hot. I asked for a late checkout for the inconvenience. I was rudely told no Management sucks at this location.」

「The hall carpets were dirty looking. Our room had spots on the bedspreads. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. There were holes in the bathroom door. The shower doors were not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. The staff was not very friendly. The price was pretty reasonable but we were not very pleased with our stay at this hotel. 」

「Booked for 3 nights because of close access to bike trail. Stayed 1 and left. Room very dirty, gap in entry door let in cold air and bugs. There's more, but you get what you pay for, right?」

「The hotel is showing some age. The rooms need painting, especially the bathrooms!!! Don't know how the beds are suppose to feel but they were pretty soft, as if wore out. This was my first time to stay at a Candlewood Suites. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience , but it does need some attention!」

「Had no trouble finding a good parking space the times I left and came back to the hotel. My room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but not firm enough for me. But it was comfortable. The entire staff was excellent. From the checking in receptionist, housekeeper staff person, food service person, to the checking out receptionist. My overall experience was great. I would definitely stay again. 5 STAR all day. 」

「Dirty room, smelled like smoke, ripped and stained sheets. Beers left in fridge, dirty washcloth, hole in the wall, screw missing from lock, breakfast was out all weekend until Monday. Did switch rooms but there was」
