Nice clean comfortable room in a great location. Busses and trams to the Altstadt or train station stop right outside the front door. There is a very nice market and bakery right next door. The parking facility was excellent.

Clean, updated quiet rooms, good location. Staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. Convenient walk or quick ride on trams/buses to shopping, sites, train station. Can be a little noisy from street during peak traffic hours if window is open. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast or happy hour, but it looked good.

Good location with bus/tram stop outside front door of hotel. 15 minutes walk from HBF or tram for €2.20. Bus to town centre takes about 10-15 minutes. Room was standard for hotel, nice hot shower, but no fridge. TV had a couple of English news stations. Staff were friendly. Supermarket underneath hotel, open Mon-Sat.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt. Die Betten waren zu weich. Es gab keinen Schminkspiegel, ebenso keine Kosmetiktücher und Hygienebeutel. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht, aber das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt und auch die Betten waren nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.

Wir mussten ca 45 Minuten auf den Check-in warten, da sich niemand für uns zuständig fühlte und 3 Mitarbeiter eine einzige Familie abgefertig haben. Die Betten sind für Menschen über 1,90m absolut ungeeignet. Beim Frühstück war um 8:30 Uhr keine Auswahl bei der Wurst und dem Käse. Die Säfte waren bis auf Orangensaft ebenfalls leer. Das Rührei aus dem tetrapak war schon beim nachfüllen aus der Küche kalt und hart. Dieses ist Hotel ist optisch ansprechend. Das ist aber auch das einzig positive von unsere Aufenthalt
