The house was perfect for our needs for a one night stay, exactly as described and very clean throughout. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool and seeing the animals. "The staff was wonderful. The check-in person was so helpful orienting us to the city and making recommendations. And, when we left she organized a taxi. When he didn't show up as scheduled, she went above and beyond to get another one quickly and figured out a different train station so we could more easily catch the correct train. Then stayed with us to confer with the driver on the change of destination. It was all so very helpful and appreciated."
