“This is a beautiful cabin has everything you may need for your stay. We had two adults and three teenagers and there was plenty of room. It is located century to hiking,Helen, and Ruby falls. If I had to suggest anything it would be probably to upgrade the TVs and maybe put a TV in the two spare bedrooms there is a TV in the master bedroom but not the other two bedrooms not that this was a big problem at all (except for my 16 18 year old lol) the property manager Steve was super easy to……

“The staff was very informed friendly and accommodating. Esp Nicole and Garett plus Maddie called me and helped me make reservations at the Oaks Restaurant. The AC.in the rooms is drafty when you’re in the bed. The North upstairs hallway was an icebox the entire weekend. Very quiet serene setting in the lake. We recommend it!”

“Our room was minimally cleaned, only once, sheets changed, towels replaced, coffee supplies refilled, bathroom counter top not wiped, toilet and sink cleaned, floor had white specks. My view for cleaning only once is my request was misunderstood. I stated no room service on day after we arrived but expected it the other two days.”

“Within walking distance of some shops and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was good! Waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, etc. Comfortable hotel; would stay again. We only spent 1 night, but it looks like there’s a lot to do in Helen.”
