“First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! ”

“Seems like some kind of scam going on. I booked onExpedia. When I got to the hotel the person told me there was something wrong with "EXPEDIAs card" and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt……

“Everything was great! Must be a newer hotel. Smelled like new carpets. Very clean. Every staff member we encountered was polite and very friendly. My only concern was when I took a shower, the tub was so slippery, i literally almost fell. They need those grippy strips on the tub floor. ”

“This Hampton Inn was an overnight stay on our way to Mississippi. We got to our room, wanted to shower and realized we had no hot water. The front desk went above and beyond to remedy the problem. We were extremely pleased! The free breakfast was probably one of the best hotel buffets my husband and myself have had! James the chef was on point and making sure everyone was happy. I can't say enough about this property! GREAT STAY!!! ”

“There was a typically hotel breakfast. Everything was clean and my room was very large. The furniture in the room seemed misplaced and some of it was stained/had seen better days. My bed and bed sheets were clean and comfortable and that was what mattered the most. I wish the shower had better water pressure.”

“This was a rough stay. I arrived and was dismayed to see the pool looked like a green pond. Then I got to my room. My comforter had s cigarette burn on it. The shower head was sticking out of the wall but the cover piece had come off the wall and was dangling on the head leaving a big rusty looking hole. The ceiling was filthy. I will not return. Staff was fine.”
