“Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels.”

“We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed an alternative to a hotel. This was a nice alternative. It is an older well home in a quiet neighborhood. No bells and whistles. It’s not a place that I would recommend hosting or entertaining but for a small family as an alternative to a hotel it was fine. I would recommend that the owner provide their guest with a full size ironing board. I know it’s small but it’s a very inexpensive way to add one additional convenience.”

“Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. Beds were comfortable; appliances, alarm system, HVAC system all very easy to operate. Property contact responded immediately when a small issue arose and had the problem rectified in less than 15……

“Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip.……

“Condo was spacious and looks like it was recently decorated and remodeled nicely. However, there was a broken toilet seat, and my MIL almost fell using it the first time because she didn't notice it (started to slide over). There was a missing TP holder in the other bathroom, and after walking down the hallway a few times, the bottoms of our feet were black. “Enjoyed this well outfitted home with easy access to Avondale, Edgewood, and all the good food Birmingham has to offer. There was coffee in the pantry, coffee maker, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and the home owner was responsive.”

“This barndo was exactly what we were looking for! A perfect secluded place while still within driving distance to many shops and restaurants. We especially loved drinking our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the chickens. We are looking forward to our next stay here.”
