A handy utility room is located down the hallway, and it's only a short hop from there to an en-suite king-size bedroom with a bespoke vaulted ceiling and ample storage space. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice, with miles of footpaths, trails and lanes to be found in the area surrounding the barn. For longer days out, Porthleven (6.5 miles) has a bustling town, harbour area and beach, while the shores at Gwithian (7.5 miles) stretch as far as the eye can see.
