“The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they……

“住宿很好，很乾淨，需要物品一應俱全，而且在市中心很方便，也有煮食用具可煮食。因我們沒有太多行李，所以上樓梯也很方便，樓梯會經過牙醫診所地下與一樓的房子，沿著樓梯上去需經過它們才上到頂層，是很特別的體驗，整體住得很開心，窗外風景很好，睡房也看到教堂，花灑水壓與溫度也很好，晚上洗澡很舒服！特別推薦所有人也預約，但樓底不算太高，個子太高的要注意！”

“This place was a gem! We very much enjoyed our stay and how central we were to everything, and the view was wonderful.”

“Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. Access by car was difficult due to roadworks. Diversion arrows took us round York and back to where we started. SatNav was no use as the alternative route involved a temporary change of direction on a one way street. Appreciate that this is not the apartment management's fault but directions to the new way in would have been handy. Location was great. York is fairly compact and easy to walk around to all of the sites of interest. Good quality food places and pubs……

“The apartment is quite small, no drawers etc, however it’s immaculate. Easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a Morrisons /Waitrose about 5 mins away for any necessities you may require and a wonderful welcome pack awaits you.”

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“Lovely little apartment, could move in tomorrow! Only fault for us was the bed and pillows weren’t very comfy. Such a shame as it was faultless otherwise. ”

“Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. ”
