「Nice and clean」

「Clean property, host was excellent」

「The property was perfect for us 78ish, not so mobile couple - close parking - no stairs-1st floor - step outside to the pool & lazy river - and a few more steps to a great beach.Where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were plentiful and within a mile anda good variety - Mexican and a great Italian which was my favorite. The seafood buffetjoints are overrated and overpriced and noisy. Our hosts were quite helpful and quickto reply to our concerns/questions. The Resort? should have a good...

「Room was fine, and resort was nice. Only problem was the owner/host didn’t inform me of maintenance work and a guy walked in on me and my kids alone while I was about to take a shower. Extremely unprofessional and I don’t plan to return for that reason. Huge invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable.」

「Winyah Bay Club is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Our unit was very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable.」

「This condo was beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture. The patio was very comfortable. I love that the host had beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use down at the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the linens were very clean and well maintained all in all great visit!」

「Great unit. I was there for an annual event so I’ll be looking for a repeat stay next year.」

「Great location!」

「It’s a very beautiful and cleanplace. I would rent it again.」

「Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very...

「Self check-in was complicated and parking garage was a block away with elevator not in service.」

「Loved the convenience of the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was very well equipped.. would stay here again.」

「Beautiful and spacious balcony」

「Nice clean and spacious property, as advertised. The pool is nearby and was also clean and well maintained. Close proximity to golf and a short drive to public beach access.」
