“We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had breakfast on the deck every morning and really liked having the view of the river as we did so. Kim (the owner) was great to deal with and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we……

“This property is tucked away on the riverfront, about a 10-15 minute drive from Broadway, The Gulch, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc. (depending on Nashville traffic of course). It’s about a 30 minute walk to Broadway. They had a free parking space which is really unheard of in the city, so if you have a rental car like we did, this is your place. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond to all of my messages through VRBO. We’ve never been here before, so I was nervous about what to……

“Overall, the property was really nice. The good- great location, away from the craziness of downtown but close enough for a short Uber hop and walking distance to the gulch. Plenty of room in the condo. There’s a pool if the weather is warm enough. The bad- the building itself is not very insulated, so you hear everyone that walks by the hallway . Unfortunately I had some one on top of us that was stoping on the floor and yelling and just about every night coming back drunk, we all were woken……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s apartment. It was clean, beds were comfy and there was enough space for 3 adults to be comfortable. Location was so great - steps away from lovely restaurants and shopping. Then about a 10 min ride to downtown Nashville. We would definitely come back!!”

“Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

“1 mile walk to broadway. Nice 2br 2ba with basically 2 masters with king beds. Only downside is close to freeways so some road noise should be expected”
