"Great place to chill and dine on the ground floor"

"Check-in after midnight was smooth, but unfortunately the experience after that was disappointing. The night staff told me I could check out at 11:30am. However, when I called in the morning to extend my stay, I was told checkout was strictly at 11:00am. When I spoke to the manager, he said that his staff dont know anything and insisted I leave by 11. I believe staff should be properly trained to give accurate information and honour what is promised to guests. To make things worse, when I asked about extending my stay, I was first told it would be double the price, and then within minutes was told it was no longer available. The room itself was okay, but not great. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again."

You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, which made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The location is truly something special. Being right by Henley Beach, it is the closest I have ever stayed to the ocean, and it made the entire experience even more memorable. What really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Christine, who truly does her job with heart. Her warmth and care did not go unnoticed. I left feeling so grateful for the experience. It is one of those places that stays with you, and I would return in a heartbeat."
