「The house was perfect for what we needed. It was a quick ride to nearby stores and activities. The backyard is great, and we used the fire pit, set up cornhole boards, etc. Thank you for a nice experience in Richmond. 」

「The hostess was very accommodating!! This is a very cute home and very clean!! There was 4 adults and 3 kiddos in our group we were all very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water! It was very nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to do that as soon as we got home. It was very cozy and felt like our home away from home!!! We definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we come back to VA!!!」

「A lovely cottage for some true peace and quiet away from the city. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower is built for someone short - so just beware if you are over 5’4” it’s going to require a lot of slouching! Overall, a truly peaceful stay. 」

「Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...
