“This is my go to spot when I work in Richmond. James is a great host and the house is always spotless and stocked with goodies and necessities. If this house is available when I travel there, I will always book before somewhere else. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient location for my work within good distance to food, groceries, and gas.”

“The hostess was very accommodating!! This is a very cute home and very clean!! There was 4 adults and 3 kiddos in our group we were all very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water! It was very nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to do that as soon as we got home. It was very cozy and felt like our home away from home!!! We definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we come back to VA!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The bed was comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful. The cottage was very clean. And the hosts were top notch, there to help without being intrusive. “Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best……
